Villa 4 has preserved the original appearance set by the Siemens family despite having been transformed into a location for weddings, exclusive events private and corporate, sharing the splendor and giving life to memorable moments.
The spaces available, are numerous and can be chosen according to your own preferences. The capacity of the halls is 150 guests and the marquee Gran Galà immersed in the park receives up to 180 guests comfortably.

It offers a complete, high class organisation of receptions, weddings, conventions and special events. A beautiful pavilion for receptions has been erected in the middle of the garden, a graceful wrought iron structure in the style of the imposing greenhouses of the late 19th century. The pavilion has a variable capacity, seating from 50 to a maximum of 400 guests.
Receptions can also be arranged in the atmospheric old cellars of the villa, with their terracotta vaults, antique statues, granite pillars and rocaille walls. Later in the evening the party can move to the old kitchen for a pizza or other specialities baked in the antique bread oven.
ORTA LAKE

The Penotti Ubertini Palace is situated in the middle of the Medieval village of Orta San Giulio, Lake Orta. You can find it on the left side of the ascend from the central Square of Orta up to the Assunta Church on the gentle slope called Motta. It situated in an ideal spot, elegant and exclusive, to celebrate weddings, events, photographic exhibitions, fashion shows, exhibitions, presentations, formal dinners with catering and business meetings. The façade is in gentle neoclassicism.
Connected to the entrance hall, where you can find a magnificent Austrian granpiano and old weapons, there are the halls each with different and very fine floors and vaulted ceilings. Other particular of the palace are the many fire places: unforgettable is the one in white marble. In the north hall it is placed another small fire place dated in the ‘500 and in the middle of the mantelpiece you will see the Visconti coat of arms and on the right the witticism “a bon fin”.
