A footpath leads from the ample back garden car park to the internal courtyard of this large, panoramic villa.

A spacious pagoda offers welcoming shade and covering for an external lunch area opposite which is an accommodating internal breakfast room.  Tables and armchairs provide the perfect setting for the continental breakfast served here every morning.  A corridor from the breakfast room leads to the kitchen and the Capri, Ischia and Procida rooms: all have balcony windows that face the internal courtyard and private bathrooms.

An internal staircase rises to the upper floor corridor.  Immediately on the left is a spacious and well-lit lounge with welcoming sofas and a fireplace, the corridor on the right leads to the Positano and Amalfi rooms and the Naples suite.

Access to the garden is through the internal courtyard; revel in the breathtaking view and unique sunset from the comfort of your sun-bed in the solarium or from the charming shade of the trees.  Our guests have access to the entire villa as described.  Coffee machines and kettles are available in the rooms with a generous selection of teas and infusions.  There is a barbecue available for use at a small charge.

The private car park and Wi-Fi are free; daily cleaning and tidying; complete linen change every three days (additional or daily linen changes will be charged); continental breakfast included. Pets are admitted on request (additional charge for medium-large animals); animals are welcomed with a water bowl, food and pet-bed.

It will be a pleasure to help you organize your arrival in Massa Lubrense and offer our services and our knowledge of the area to suggest itineraries, restaurants and activities.  An excursion desk within the villa will assist and guide you through the numerous possibilities on offer in and around our territory;  hiring of cars or scooters, boat trips, car tours, diving or kayak excursions, trekking, cooking lessons, wine or local food specialty tasting tours and visits to Pompeii, Naples, Vesuvius or the Amalfi Coast.
